Night Time Herbal Toddy

My favorite way to end my day & refuel my heart & spirit.

1 cup of milk of choice ( I love using Almond or Hemp with a splash of whole canned coconut milk!)

1 tsp. Ashwagandha powder

pinch of Cinnamon

pinch of Cardamom

Sweetener of choice- I like maple syrup for this recipe. 🙂

*Optional 1 tsp. real Rose Water (make sure no fragrance is added as it can be for cosmetic use too)

*Optional~ Make this into an herbal hot cocoa and add 1- 2 Tbsp of cacao powder!

~Heat milk on the stove top over medium heat.  Add spices until the milk comes to a simmer. Shut the heat off, add the rose water & sweeten to taste. Breathe deep, sip & enjoy the bliss. Xo
