~AREA 1: Yin Yoga For All with Mariah LeMieux-Lupien (they/them/she/her)
Yin gets beyond muscle stretching, by using passive poses to get into the deeper connective tissues of the body (fascia, ligaments, and joints). Each pose is an invitation to sink more deeply into the body, softening, and releasing tension. Both physically and emotionally. Each pose is held for a longer time than typical yoga, offering time to really melt into the moment. Suited for all levels. ~AREA 2: Sound Healing with Judy Mcamis, Budding Lotus Yoga
Sound Healing: Presented by Budding Lotus Yoga, the session will open with a chat about using sound as a healing modality and it’s benefits, some breath work and light movement to ground in, the sound session, intention setting and Q&A (I will provide paper, pencils for use during the workshop, and a votive candle & sachet to bring home to seal intentions in). The session will include a variety of instruments including crystal sounds bowls, a sacred drum, and a small wind gong. Join me 11:45-1pm @mysticsmakersandmagic on Henry Law Park 🌿to create not just “herb & flower crowns” BUT ✨TALISMANS✨ to magnify & empower the energies you want to embody & the life you want to lead!
🌸This DIY workshop will be practice of meditation & intentional crafting as we tune into what is serving us, what is not & what we want to attract most in our lives.
🌺The workshop begins with a grounding ritual & then opens into a light meditation to set intentions.
🌻We’ll learn about some of the magickal & spiritual virtues of the plants & flowers we’ll work with to create our crowns.
🌼You’ll be invited to use prayer & mantra that was created during the meditation while crafting your crowns, igniting the power & magick of this process even more.

A introduction to the metaphysical and esoteric uses of the ancient Norse runic alphabets. We’ll discuss the different futharc systems, their origins, esoteric and self improvement uses. Class is lead by Devin Rogers a Asatru Gothi that has studied runes extensively. Devin helps introduce you the basics of rune system so you can take steps to learn more or take the path to becoming a rune master. FREE TO ATTEND

Everyone has ancestors, whether you know their names and stories or not. Even if you don’t know your background, you can have happy, healthy relationships with your ancestors. Jezmina Von Thiele was raised within an ancestor tradition reflective of her mixed-Romani heritage, a culture with a deep love of ancestor veneration. While they will refer to their own cultural context at times, the class will present methods for honoring, communing, and communicating with ancestors of all types (human, animal, and plant) no matter your heritage. This class will also incorporate tarot as one of those tools to put you in closer contact with your beloved dead, and those who came before you. Bring your tarot deck to class if you have it (it’s ok if you don’t!) as well as a notebook and pen (or take notes on your phone). $22pp PRE-REGISTER HERE

Oracle Deck Co-Creation. In this mini wisdom circle, we’ll learn how to interpret Gaia’s messages in ways that add meaning, clarity, and resiliency to our all-too-confusing human lives! We’ll make our own Oracle cards, and practice using them in a group reading, then take pictures of our creations to turn into a one-of-a-kind, collaborative nature deck you can download and print to keep the magick flowing. No artistic experience necessary, and folx of all ages and faiths are welcome! (People under 12, please bring a grown-up with you). What is burnout? What causes it? And how do we treat it when we are too burned out to think about our burn out? This class will discuss the concept of burnout from an emotional, spiritual, and physiological standpoint and offer ways to nourish our nervous systems with the support of some of our favorite nervine plant allies and other simple lifestyle tweaks, and will taste some remedies. AREA 1: Magical You: A Journey of Self Discovery Through The Healing Art Of Jin Shin Jyutsu with Marilynn Carter, Many Paths for Health
This workshop is based on the principles of the Japanese healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu; a gentle, simple practice everyone can do. JSJ is used to calm, balance, and heal the body/mind/spirit. JSJ is similar to acupuncture without the use of needles. Only light touch is needed to stimulate the flow of energy in points located along meridians. In this workshop you will experience an exploratory meditation utilizing the breath of life and easy finger mudras to support all 12 organs in the body, your emotions and 5 senses. A few points will be demonstrated to help with some common everyday complaints and take home a copy of the basic hand flow and microcosmic orbit breathing flow that you experience in the workshop.
