Herbal Root Coffee

Liver support, digestive support, metabolic support, energy support & endocrine support all wrapped up into one! Skip the coffee, go for these rooty herbs instead!

1 TbspPart Dandelion  Root

1 Tbsp Part Burdock Root

1 Tbsp Part Yellow Dock Root

1 Tbsp Part Marshmallow Root

Add the herbs to a 32oz mason jar and pour hot water over them. Cap the jar tightly. Let it stand overnight. In the am, strain your beverage- add milk and sweetener if you’d like and enjoy warmed up or cold.

You can also make this recipe as a “usual” tea. The potency (and bitterness) just won’t be as strong.

To make it a latte, go ahead and froth up your favorite milk to add on top:)
