How To Make Tea

Teas are simple hot water infusions that are a good choice for chronic conditions and everyday support and nourishment blends. With any tea you receive a gentle infusion of the herbs as well as the hydration of water as you drink throughout the day.

A simple dose of tea is typically 1 healthy teaspoon of tea in 8oz of hot water, steeped for at least 15-30 minutes.

~Overnight Tea/Infusion:

An overnight tea is a “heavier duty” infusion that allows more of the constituents to come out into the water overnight. You receive more of the benefits of the tea in this more potent process of extraction.

I like to use a 32oz. mason jar, add 4-5 heaping teaspoons of tea blend to the jar, then add hot water, cap tightly, shaking once or twice (use an oven mit!) and left overnight. In theAM strain and drink your infusion throughout the day. This can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge.
