Whether it’s acne, digestive woes, anxiety, joint pain, chronic headaches, menstrual difficulties…I always tell my clients to start with baby steps. The KISS philosophy. Keep It Simple Silly.
So, wherever you are with your health, wherever your challenges may arise, ask yourself these 5 questions:
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you moving your body daily?
Are you eating predominately whole foods?
Are you getting at least 6-8 hrs of restful sleep every night?
Are you making time for intentional breath/meditation or other forms of stress support?
Pick one thing. Go from there.
