You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot help another’s healing path, if you, yourself are not working on your own healing. The art of Reiki will not serve others until it first serves you.
Students who have graduated from my Reiki trainings often decide to learn the practice of Reiki, to help & serve others, whether it’s family member, friends or beloved animals. I cannot think of a single student who sought out my Reiki courses to help themselves on their own healing path, and yet, that is where it all begins.
Reiki is not simply about sending energy but also about receiving the energy for your own well being on your own healing path.
