Post Vaccine Support

Vaccines are a heated topic and I’m not hear to tell you you should or shouldn’t get the Covid-19 vaccine. That’s your choice.

HOWEVER if you menstruate and decided to get the vaccine- you may have noticed your next cycle after receiving the vaccine was a little or A LOT out of whack.

Like anything we take into our bodies, (food, air, water, pharmaceuticals, body care products, makeup…) it must be processed by our eliminative organs- especially our livers. Hormones are also processed through our liver and when we are bleeding during our cycles we have a lot more to process… add a vaccine that’s a cocktail of LOTS of components and BOOM – inflammatory response-our body is overloaded- hence a sluggish liver- hence a less than normal bleeding cycle.

Whether you menstruate or not all of our bodies need support post vaccine. So what can we do to get our cycles & body back on track?

Support proper elimination meaning- digestive, liver & kidney support- predominately.

Keep it simple and start here:

Take a break from things that tax your body:

Added Cane Sugar

Alcohol

Fried Foods

Red Meat

Dairy

Help Elimination:

Drink Water- 1/2 healthy body weight in oz

Wise water

Eat Cooked Greens- spinach, kale, dandy greens… Green veggies are naturally bitter which help boost metabolism, support eliminative function, and help reduce inflammation.

Herbal Root Coffee: This herbal drink packs a punch for overall detox & eliminative support body-wide

Movement: Moving our bodies daily is the number 1 thing that not only promotes proper elimination of waste material but also fights chronic inflammation. Our lymphatic system which can hold se built up waste products especially if we’re not actively moving, can become bogged down. Our lymph doesn’t have a pump system like our cardiovascular system so the only way it moves and flows is if we drink water and move.
